We meet our customers’ most challenging high-reliability production needs by providing best-in-class vertical integration capabilities, along with our shorter cycle times, high-mix and low-volume manufacturing flexibility. Our knowledge and expertise in production design and manufacturability analysis leads to a more efficient production path that generates cost savings, leverages our proven quality management system and transforms customer designs into legendary products.
Below are some examples of our manufacturing capabilities and products we manufacture. The longest duration product has a legacy that spans over 25 years, and those products are still performing reliability in the field.
FIRE SAFETY PRODUCTS
We manufacture a broad spectrum of integrated networkable intelligent fire detection and control systems. This product line highlights our capability to provide a sound, vertically integrated production system consisting of PCBA, magnetic products, metal fabrication, and final assembly. Each function contributes to a highly efficient system design to produce products with a rigorous focus on quality and reliability for our customers.
HIGH POWER SUPPLIES
We manufacture 1KW and 4KW power supplies - this product line highlights our capability to provide a sound, vertically integrated production system consisting of PCBA and final assembly.
CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLIES
We provide printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) utilizing SMT, PTH insertion, post-soldering, ICT testing, FCT testing and assembly into a complete integrated system. In addition to the necessary PCBA equipment, we provide automatic optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection for BGA ICs, flow soldering machines, ICT testers, automatic FCT testers, and full-load burn-in facilities.
MAGNETICS
We invested strategically in designing and manufacturing magnetic products in-house since day one in order to deliver the maximum quality and performance that our customers deserve. Examples, high-frequency isolated PWM transformers, low-frequency transformers, flyback transformers, current transformers, filtering inductors, common mode choke, boost choke, and RF inductors.
HIGH POWER TRANSFORMERS
We manufacture 125KVA to 650KVA transformers and specialized frame-free transformers. Equipment includes copper and aluminum wire winding machines, laminate stacking equipment, testing platform, vacuum impregnation process, baking and assembling equipment.
POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
We manufacture high quality centralized 3-phase power distribution systems - this product line highlights our capability to provide a complete, vertically integrated product through final assembly and test.
METAL FRABRICATION
Our extensive, vertically integrated metal fabrication capabilities further extend our ability to meet the needs of our customers. Examples include a variety of hardware products such as low-frequency transformers shell, bridge foot, large transformer box cover, copper, electrical boxes and other electronic hardware accessories to be manufactured consistent with our quality standards.

We achieve this through a set of vertically integrated capabilities tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers and the vertical markets we serve.
We apply advanced electronics contract manufacturing capabilities to meet individualized customer goals including leading-edge packaging like micro ball grid array (microBGA) and 0201s enable customers to access new technologies that are essential to maintaining a competitive edge.

OUR STORY
Eastar had a humble beginning that started 30 years ago when the lead founder Mr. Lun experienced first-hand the significant impact of production quality on any given products when he worked at Data General.
He came to realize that the best design may not turn into the best product if the quality element was not valued in the production processes.
Mr. Lun was driven by his passion for quality products. He teamed with three other Quality Management professionals, collectively armed with 80 years of Quality and Reliability experiences. They shared a singular passion to offer the highest quality manufacturing capabilities to empower companies to build great products combining their excellence in design and Eastar’s superior quality. Eastar was born!
Fast-forward 30 years to today, the passion and commitment to quality are still the founding business core values at Eastar that enable us to thrive and grow together with our business partners. Our success truly comes from doing it right the first time!
